Congratulations are in order for Custom Materials, Inc., located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. On April 5, 2006 they received their certification to ISO 9001:2000 from QMI. During the flag ceremony on May 22, 2006, John Novak (KAVON President) presented the ISO 9001:2000 flag to Taylor Robinson (President).
