The Five Pillars of the Visual Workplace (5S+) is a powerful Lean tool that lays the foundation for continual improvement and gets impressive results. The implementation challenge is to develop an understanding of the concepts and tools at all levels within the organization and to gain management commitment to the cultural changes that are needed for success.
This class provides an introduction to the 5S concepts, tools, and implementation strategies.
