What is keeping you up at night?
What's keeping you up at night? An unresolved quality problem? Critical piece of equipment going down? Poor on-time delivery record with a key customer? Scrap? Supply chain problems?
Want some help? You've got tremendous resources available in your Lake County Manufacturing Round Table members! And the easiest way to connect with someone is by attending a Round Table meeting.
Our meetings usually focus on a single topic - Theory of Constraints, Cost of Quality, Lean/Six Sigma, etc. Periodically, we simply host an open forum for people to share some current, real-life struggles – and that’s what we’ll be doing in May. These meetings are designed to generate lively discussions, ideas, experiences, etc. that may provide help for a particular problem. Come and share issues and/or be willing to help fellow members…after all, this is really the charter of the Lake County Manufacturing Round Table.
So, please join us Thursday May 12, 2011 at 7:45 am Seekers Coffee House in Mentor. Be prepared both to share an issue with the group, and to participate in discussions that will help your fellow members.
