She has extensive experience in the deployment of continual improvement initiatives in the healthcare industry using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. She has been instrumental in the facilitation of changes to improve patient safety, Joint Commission compliance, and CORE quality measures. She also has experience working with local governments.
