Topic: The Process of Instructional Design for Training Presentations
Featured Speaker: Angela Lunato
Abstract:
As Quality Professionals, we are often asked to deliver technical training material to our organizations and although we may know the material well enough, we enjoy varying levels of success when communicating this material to others. Angela has had a variety of opportunities to deliver technical material over a span of more than 10 years and is constantly looking for ways to improve the success rate of these endeavors. Recently, she worked with an associate in Learning & Development to get a better understanding of training from the people side of the equation. Through this collaboration, she was introduced to a new methodology that has helped her to focus her efforts and to develop better material that meets the organizational need. She will share this method and her experience with it in hopes that it helps you to be more successful in your training efforts.
