John will show how he uses the software in his Lean Six Sigma Green, Black, and Master Black Belt classes as an all in one project information repository.

Main Presentation

During the dinner meeting, John Novak will speak on, Exploring Audit Trails During a Process Based Internal Audit." With process based internal auditing, it is no longer acceptable to just audit standard requirements. Internal audits must take into account the interrelated nature of business processes. A process includes, inputs, activities, outputs, and measures. Following the audit trails created through the inputs and outputs during an internal audit will be discussed.
